Who these terms are between
Fleet is operated by SF Services Solutions LLC ("Fleet", "we", "us", "our"). These terms are an agreement between us and the Delivery Service Partner business ("you", the "DSP") whose account uses Fleet — the web application at fleetdsp.app and the Fleet Sync browser extension. By creating an account or using Fleet, you accept them on behalf of your business.
The service
Fleet is an operations platform for DSPs: rosters, dispatch, schedules, vehicles, drivers, scorecards and the tools around them. We host it, we maintain it, and we improve it continuously — features may change as the product evolves, and material changes that remove something you rely on will be announced in the app.
Accounts and seats
Your Admin controls who is on your account and what role they hold. You are responsible for the people you add — their access is your access — and for keeping credentials and API tokens private. Tell us right away at the address below if you believe an account or token is compromised.
Subscription and billing
Fleet is a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Payment details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Fees are as agreed when you subscribe; we give notice before a price changes, and you can cancel any time — cancellation stops the next renewal, and your data remains exportable until the account closes.
Your data
Your operational data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Fleet for you, as described in our Privacy Policy — which is part of these terms. You can export it at any time; when your account closes we delete it as the policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to put into Fleet the data you put into it, including your drivers' information.
Acceptable use
- Use Fleet for your own DSP's operations, not to resell or to build a competing product.
- Do not attempt to access another company's data, probe or overload the service, or work around its access controls.
- The vehicle-damage inspector is for photos of vehicles: do not upload photos of people or confidential documents.
- Do not upload content you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful.
Fleet Sync and third-party portals
Fleet Sync captures data from portals you already use — the Amazon DSP Portal, When I Work, Netradyne — under your own sign-ins, only for the data kinds you switch on, and delivers it only to your Fleet account. Those portals are not ours: you are responsible for complying with their terms, and Fleet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon or its subsidiaries, When I Work, or Netradyne. If a portal changes and a capture stops working, we will do our best to catch up, but we cannot promise a third party's pages will hold still.
Text messaging (optional add-on)
If your subscription includes the SMS add-on and you enable it, Fleet can send your drivers operational texts — shift reminders, schedule and route changes, dispatch updates, account alerts. Enrollment is the driver's own choice: each driver gets a one-time invitation and is enrolled only by replying YES; a reply of STOP ends it at any time, a reply of HELP gets program information, and Fleet honors all of it without exception. Message and data rates may apply. The program's full details — message types, frequency, rates, and how enrollment data is handled — are in our Privacy Policy.
Enabling the add-on comes with your side of the bargain: provide accurate, current mobile numbers for your own drivers only, use the texts for shift and duty operations and nothing else, and treat a driver's opt-out as final — consent to texting is not a condition of anyone's employment, and pressuring a driver to enroll or re-enroll is a breach of these terms. Messages travel over mobile carriers we do not control, so we cannot promise a text arrives, or arrives on time, and operational decisions should never depend on one.
What we promise — and what we don't
We work to keep Fleet fast, correct and available, and we fix problems seriously and quickly. But Fleet is provided "as is": we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Fleet is a tool that supports your operational decisions — it does not make them. You remain responsible for your business, your staffing, your vehicles and your compliance with Amazon's requirements.
Fleet is under active development: features change, pages get added and retired, and some behaviour is still settling. We tell you what changed — every release is written up under What's new inside the app, and the ones worth noticing announce themselves there.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from Fleet is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — lost profits, lost routes, lost data — even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, with notice and a chance to fix it where that is reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive — your data rights, limitation of liability, governing law — do.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account Admins at least 14 days before they take effect, and the effective date above moves when they do. Using Fleet after that date is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
